Log into your 6pm account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn merchandise back into its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

Ship the Package

Affix your preferred shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at a reliable carrier facility, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
